The route is punctuated by educational panels which offer lighting on the fauna, flora and the history of the site.
Along the way, you can even discover an ornithological observatory, the Fortified Ferme de la Guichardière and, nearby, the Château de Touvois.
The bravest will be able to take a path that allows you to reach Lake Ribou.
For the more athletic, the practice of mountain biking is also possible on the surrounding routes and in particular along the monk to Cholet.
In summer, the body of water becomes the ideal playground for fishermen and passionate nautical model making.
If you have a fishing card, know that its practice is allowed from the banks.
Windsurfing is passable from March 15 to November 15, while swimming, hunting and motorized navigation are prohibited to protect the ecosystem.
